  • Bookings can be made with a 30% (of the total amount almost, or the first night for reservation less of 3 nigths) deposit either by bank transfer or by credit card (visa / mastercard).

  • After the booking confirmation, you are kindly invited to send an e_mail containing your Mobile Phone Number to reach you in every circumstance and your Arrival Time.

  • The remainig amount has to be payed cash at the arrival at the B&B.

  • Cancellation policy:7 days before arrival without penality. After 7 days before arrival the deposit will be charged.

  • n.b. If you want twin bed you must specify it before, if it will be possible.
